This User Agreement is an agreement concluded between the user (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “User”, i.e., an individual who registers, logs in, uses, and browses the Magic Agent APP) and the Magic Agent APP operated by Shanghai Sled Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Magic Agent”, “Magic Agent APP”, or “this APP”) regarding user registration, login, browsing, and use of software services (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”).
In order to provide you with better services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before starting to use the Magic Agent APP and related services, especially the clauses regarding exemption or limitation of liability, rights licensing and information use, consent to activate and use special single - item services, laws applicable, and dispute resolution. Among them, important contents such as clauses for exemption or limitation of liability will be highlighted in bold/underlined bold to draw your attention, and you should focus on reading them.
【Notes for Minors】If you are under 18 years old, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement under the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and use the Magic Agent APP and related services after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, it will result in Magic Agent being unable to provide you with a complete range of products and services. You can also choose to stop using or uninstall the Magic Agent APP. If you voluntarily choose to agree to or use the Magic Agent APP and related services, it is deemed that you have fully understood this Agreement and agree to be a party to this Agreement and accept this Agreement as well as other agreements and rules related to the Magic Agent APP and related services (including but not limited to the “Magic Agent Privacy Policy” and other existing and future agreements and rules).
This Agreement is an agreement concluded between you and Magic Agent regarding the relevant services provided by the Magic Agent APP. Once you are aware of and agree to accept the relevant service content, it is deemed that you accept the relevant rights and obligations and are bound by this Agreement.
1.1 “User” refers to all individuals who directly or indirectly obtain and use the relevant services of Magic Agent, including natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations. In this Agreement, they are referred to as “Users” or “You”.
1.2 The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, rules, etc. regarding the “Magic Agent” - related services that Magic Agent has published and may continue to publish in the future. Once the above - mentioned content is officially published and delivered to users in an appropriate manner (pop - up notifications, in - app messages, etc.), it becomes an inseparable part of this Agreement, and you should also abide by it. If a user does not agree to this Service Agreement and/or does not agree to any changes made to it at any time, the user can actively cancel the services provided by Magic Agent or uninstall the Magic Agent APP. If a user continues to use the services provided by Magic Agent, it constitutes the user’s consent to all the updated content of this Agreement made by Magic Agent. Magic Agent will not be responsible for any losses caused by the user’s unfamiliarity with the announcements after the change of the user agreement.
2.1 Please understand that Magic Agent is an Internet product based on geographical location. After you register and log in, Magic Agent will collect and use your personal information based on the services you need, including your location information and device information. In some functions, it may also include your identity information. Please carefully read the “Magic Agent Privacy Policy” and confirm your consent before using the relevant services of Magic Agent.
2.2 Please do not operate Magic Agent or its services while driving a vehicle, getting on or off a bus, or walking. Please use the Magic Agent APP or its services only after ensuring safety to prevent traffic accidents or other dangerous situations.
3.1 The Magic Agent APP is a digital game activity execution tool independently developed by Shanghai Sled Network Technology Co., Ltd. The Magic Agent APP itself does not directly upload any content. Users can start and end activities by scanning the exclusive activity QR code. The services of the Magic Agent APP only refer to the Internet - based software services provided by our company to users.
3.2 To better enhance the user experience and services, Magic Agent will provide APP updates or service changes (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.) from time to time. To ensure the security of the Magic Agent APP and related services and improve service quality, after the Magic Agent APP and related services or part of the service content are updated, Magic Agent will, if possible, prompt users in ways including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, and in - app messages. You have the right to choose to accept the updated version or service. If you do not accept it, some functions will be restricted or cannot be used.
3.3 During your use of the Magic Agent services, please keep your account and password properly, strengthen password security, and beware of account leakage or theft. Magic Agent will not be responsible for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of the user’s account.
3.4 Please understand that you need to prepare your own terminal devices (such as mobile phones) related to the APP and related services to use the Magic Agent APP and related services. Once you open the Magic Agent APP on your terminal device, it is deemed that you are using the Magic Agent platform and related services. To fully realize all the functions of the Magic Agent APP, you may need to connect your terminal device to the Internet. You understand that you should bear the necessary costs (such as data fees and Internet access fees) by yourself.
4.1 You understand and agree that using the Magic Agent APP requires a Magic Agent account. You can directly log in to Magic Agent with third - party accounts (WeChat account, Apple account, etc.). At the same time, Magic Agent also provides a registration channel for users. Users have the right to choose a legal combination of characters as their own account and set a password that meets security requirements by themselves. The account and password set by the user are the credentials for the user to log in and use the “Magic Agent” - related services as a registered user on the Magic Agent platform.
4.2 You understand and promise that when registering and using the Magic Agent APP account:
(1) The personal information you provide is legal, true, and accurate;;
(2) If the information changes, update your user information in a timely manner.
(3) The account you set shall not violate national laws, regulations, and the relevant rules of Magic Agent;
(4) There shall be no illegal or inappropriate information in your registration information such as account name, avatar, and profile, as well as other personal information;
(5) You shall not use words that violate laws, morals, and public order and good customs, such as insults, slander, porn, and politics, for registration;
(6) Without the permission of others, you shall not open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to using others’ names, names, fonts, avatars, etc., or adopting other ways that are likely to cause confusion), and you shall not maliciously register Magic Agent accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.).
Magic Agent has the right to review the registration information you submit. You understand and agree that Magic Agent has the right to prohibit registration and/or block accounts of users who violate the above - mentioned terms.
4.3 In accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations, when using the relevant services of Magic Agent, you need to fill in your real personal identity information (including but not limited to your name, nickname, account password, and email address). Please complete your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and pay attention to updating the above - mentioned relevant information in a timely manner. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or Magic Agent has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are incorrect, untrue, or illegal materials, Magic Agent has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant services. You may not be able to use the Magic Agent APP and related services, or some functions may be restricted during use.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password and shall bear all legal responsibilities for the activities carried out in the name of your registered account. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password and never disclose your account and password to others under any circumstances. If the above - mentioned information is lost, leaked, or stolen by others, you should immediately notify Magic Agent. After verification, Magic Agent will cooperate closely with you to retrieve your account. All losses incurred during the abnormal period of your account shall be borne by you.
4.5 The ownership and relevant rights of your registered account on the Magic Agent APP belong to Magic Agent. After you complete the registration process, you only have the right to use the account. Your account is only for your personal use. Unless there are other legal reasons and with the consent of Magic Agent, you shall not gift, transfer, sell, borrow, or rent your account to others. If the above - mentioned matters occur, you agree to bear all the consequences and losses arising therefrom by yourself. Magic Agent will not be responsible for this and reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibilities of relevant actors.
4.6 If you lose your account or forget your password, you can follow the appeal channels of Magic Agent to promptly appeal for retrieving your account or password. You understand and recognize that the password retrieval mechanism only requires verification of the registered mobile phone; if you lose your account, you need to contact customer service and provide personal information such as your account, ID card information, and transaction records. Magic Agent specially reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you finish using, you should log out safely. If your account is stolen or your password is lost due to your improper storage or other irresistible factors, you should bear the corresponding responsibilities by yourself.
4.7 After you complete the account registration, login, and reasonable and necessary identity verification of the Magic Agent APP, you can browse and modify the personal identity information you submitted at any time. You understand and agree that, for security and identity recognition (such as account or password retrieval appeal services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the time of registration. You can also apply to cancel your account. After completing reasonable and necessary verifications in terms of personal identity, security status, device information, infringement complaints, etc., Magic Agent will assist you in canceling your account and delete all information about your account as required by you, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
5.1 Magic Agent is committed to protecting your personal information together with you. Magic Agent will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users’ personal privacy information and prevent the leakage, damage, or loss of users’ personal privacy information collected in this service. In the event of the above - mentioned situation or when Magic Agent discovers the possibility of the above - mentioned situation occurring, it will take timely remedial measures.
5.2 Magic Agent promises that, unless for legal reasons or with the prior permission of the user, Magic Agent will not disclose non - public information such as the user’s password, name, and mobile phone number to any third - party. However, the following situations are exceptions:
(1). Disclosing to the user himself or other third - parties with the user’s consent;
(2). Disclosing to administrative, judicial institutions, or other third - parties as required by laws, regulations, etc., or administrative institutions;
(3). Other disclosures made by Magic Agent in accordance with laws, regulations, etc.
(4). Any leakage of personal information caused by the user informing others of their user password or sharing the registered account and password with others, or other leakage of personal privacy information not caused by Magic Agent;
(5). Any leakage of users’ personal privacy information caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, and other force majeure events.
5.3 The “Magic Agent Privacy Policy” details how your personal information and data will be processed when you use the Magic Agent services. Please be sure to read it carefully and use the Magic Agent APP or services after confirming that you fully understand and agree.
5.4 When you use the Magic Agent APP or its services, it means that you trust our way of handling your information and have agreed to the clauses regarding the collection and use of your information in the service agreements such as the Magic Agent User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
6.1 You understand and agree that the Magic Agent provides a functional module that supports third - party applications for users to use, including but not limited to map - based services, video or picture - based services, AR services, etc., as well as various services that may appear in the future. When using such application programs, you should abide by the provisions of this Agreement and the corresponding agreements, terms, or rules of the application program. The rights and obligations between you and the developer shall be implemented with reference to the relevant agreements, terms, or rules. When using the software and services provided by third - parties, you must understand and agree:
(1) When users use the applications and services provided by third - party developers, third - party developers will obtain users’ personal profiles and content information based on user authorization. These materials and information are authorized to third - parties at the user’s own discretion. Users must be clear that: Your act of authorizing third - parties to obtain your personal profiles and content information may pose a risk of information leakage; while using third - party services, in addition to abiding by this Agreement and other relevant rules of Magic Agent, you should also abide by the agreements and relevant rules of third - parties. If there are disputes, losses, or damages arising from third - party software and related services, you should resolve them with the third - party by yourself. Magic Agent will not be responsible for this.
(2) The purpose of Magic Agent introducing third - party services is to enrich the Magic Agent products and create a better service experience for users. However, the liability arising from defects or errors in third - party services shall be borne by the third - party itself and has nothing to do with Magic Agent. Of course, Magic Agent will review or examine the services provided by third - parties, but due to the professionalism of the services, omissions are inevitable. Third - party service providers are not exempt from liability due to Magic Agent’s review or examination omissions.
(3) Magic Agent has the right to review and manage the applications provided by third - party developers and has the right to remove third - party applications from the shelves without notifying users. Magic Agent will not be responsible for any impacts or losses caused to users by this. Users should bear them by themselves or negotiate with the third - party, but Magic Agent will try its best to ensure that users’ rights and interests are not violated.
(4) When using third - party applications, users must agree:
A. Authorize the use of their own Magic Agent account to log in to third - party applications;
B. Agree that third - party applications can obtain their personal profiles to obtain corresponding products and services.
(5) Any disputes arising between users and third - party developers due to the use of third - party applications shall be resolved through negotiation between users and developers by themselves. The relevant responsibilities and compensation shall be borne by the developer alone. Magic Agent will not be responsible for any of them.
7.1 You understand and agree that any content transmitted or published in the Magic Agent APP does not reflect or represent, nor can it be regarded as reflecting or representing the views, positions, or policies of Magic Agent. Magic Agent will not be responsible for this.
7.2 Your registration information such as your Magic Agent account avatar, nickname, and personal signature, as well as your authentication materials, and all the text and pictures you upload, publish, or transmit on the Magic Agent APP shall not contain content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies, social ethics and public order, endangers national and social public interests, infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third - parties, or interferes with the normal operation of the Magic Agent platform. You shall bear all legal responsibilities related to the information you spread, and it has nothing to do with Magic Agent.
7.3 You understand and agree that when using Magic Agent, you should abide by all applicable laws, regulations, rules, norms, policies, administrative orders, and social ethics and public order. During your use of the Magic Agent services, you shall not implement in any way, nor agree, authorize, or instruct any other entity to engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security and disclosing state secrets;
(3) Subverting the state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting the division of the country, and undermining national unity;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Promoting terrorism and extremism;
(6) Promoting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Inciting regional discrimination and regional hatred;
(8) Destroying national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(9) Fabricating and spreading rumors and false information, disrupting the economic order and social order, and undermining social stability;
(10) Spreading and disseminating pornographic, gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist, or criminal - inciting content;
(11) Endangering network security and using the network to engage in activities endangering national security, honor, and interests;
(12) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on others’ legitimate rights and interests;
(13) Threatening others with violence, intimidating others, and conducting human flesh searches;
(14) Involving others’ privacy, personal information, or materials;
(15) Spreading vulgar language and damaging social ethics and public order;
(16) Infringing on others’ legitimate rights and interests such as privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, and intellectual property rights;
(17) Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and junk information;
(18) Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors;
(19) Taking secret photos or recordings of others without their permission and infringing on others’ legitimate rights;
(20) Containing content that is terrifying, violently bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful to the physical and mental health of performers themselves or others, including but not limited to the following situations:
A. Any content of violent and/or self - harm behavior;
B. Any content that threatens life and health and uses dangerous instruments such as knives in performances, endangering the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others;
C. Encouraging and inducing others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
(21) Other information containing content that violates laws, regulations, policies, and social ethics and public order, interferes with the normal operation of Orange Light, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third - parties.
7.4 Without the consent of Magic Agent, you shall not issue any content carrying the brand logo and words of “Magic Agent” through any channel or media (including but not limited to self - media). If you need to conduct promotional and cooperation activities, you must obtain the consent of Magic Agent and reach a cooperation agreement. Otherwise, you shall bear the compensation liability for all losses caused to Magic Agent.
7.5 If a user’s behavior causes serious impacts and involves the Magic Agent platform in a public event, the Magic Agent platform has the right to impose penalties.
(1) Using vulgar language, telling dirty jokes, and other uncivilized behaviors;
(2) Promoting inappropriate consumption concepts and values such as flaunting wealth and materialism;
(3) Promoting bad living styles such as smoking, excessive drinking, and extramarital affairs;
(4) Promoting discrimination related to gender, religion, race, skin color, social status, and income;
(5) Other content that violates social ethics and public order.
7.6 In any case, once Magic Agent reasonably believes that your behavior may violate the above - mentioned agreements or laws and regulations, Magic Agent can make an independent judgment and handle it, and has the right to terminate providing services to you at any time without prior notice. All unfavorable consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you. If it causes unfavorable consequences to Magic Agent, you shall be responsible for eliminating the impacts and compensating for all losses caused thereby.
8.1 You understand and agree that you should ensure that you are the legal owner and user of the device. If you are not the legal owner or user of the device, please immediately stop using the Magic Agent APP or its services and return the device to the device owner.
8.2 The specific content of the Magic Agent network services is provided by Magic Agent according to actual circumstances. Magic Agent reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the network services at any time.
8.3 You understand and agree that the Magic Agent APP and related services provided by Magic Agent are provided in the current state achievable with existing technologies and conditions. Magic Agent will try its best to provide services to you and ensure the continuity and security of the services. You understand that Magic Agent cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third - party services, and other various security problems, which may lead to service interruptions, data losses, and other losses and risks.
8.4 You understand and agree that, for the overall operation needs of the services, Magic Agent has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Magic Agent platform and related services after issuing an announcement, without being responsible or liable for any compensation to users or third - parties.
8.5 You understand and agree that in any of the following situations, Magic Agent has the right to interrupt or terminate the free or paid services provided to users without being responsible for any liability to users or any third - parties:
(1) According to the law, users should submit true information, but the personal information provided by users is untrue, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and no reasonable proof can be provided;
(2) Users violate relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement;
(3) Users use the Magic Agent services to conduct illegal or违规 activities, or as required by laws or competent authorities;
(4) Seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of Magic Agent or third - parties;
(5) For safety reasons or other necessary situations.
8.6 If you have objections to the modification of this Agreement or are dissatisfied with the services of Magic Agent, you can exercise the following rights:
(1) Stop using the Magic Agent APP or its services and cancel your user account through customer service or other channels;
(2) Inform Magic Agent through customer service or other channels to stop providing services to you. After the service ends, your right to use the Magic Agent network services will immediately terminate.
8.7 If you do not log in to the Magic Agent platform for 24 consecutive months, it is deemed that you have terminated using the Magic Agent services. Magic Agent will cancel such user accounts to ensure the security of users’ personal information and property. Users voluntarily agree to waive all additional rights attached to the accounts. Users whose accounts have been cancelled can retrieve their original accounts by logging in and activating them.
9.1 Magic Agent is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this APP service.
9.2 Magic Agent can independently decide the maximum storage period of your data in this service according to actual circumstances and allocate the maximum data storage space for it on the server. You can back up the relevant data in this service by yourself according to your own needs.
9.3 If you stop using this service or this service is terminated, Magic Agent can permanently delete your data from the server. After this service stops or terminates, Magic Agent has no obligation to return any data to you.
10.1 You understand and agree that the Magic Agent APP only provides Internet - based software services for activity execution to users. The service subject is the users of the Magic Agent platform. The activity design and execution services provided by platform users to third - parties have no legal connection with Magic Agent and cannot be regarded as services directly provided by Magic Agent to users’ third - party customers. Contract disputes between platform users and third - parties also have nothing to do with Magic Agent.
10.2 You understand and agree that Magic Agent will try its best to provide unobstructed online services, but the platform’s network access services may be affected by various factors, resulting in blocked, restricted, or terminated connections. We will not be responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused thereby.
10.3 You understand and agree that any form of flashing, disassembling, or modifying your device that may affect the device’s performance may cause part or all of the Magic Agent services to be unavailable. You understand and bear this risk by yourself. Magic Agent will not be responsible for this.
10.4 You understand and agree that if you gift, transfer, sell, borrow, or rent the device you use to others, you should fully inform them of the existence of Magic Agent and the content of this user service clause. You must log out of your account before delivering the device. Otherwise, you shall bear all the consequences and losses arising therefrom by yourself. Magic Agent will not be responsible for this.
10.5 You understand and agree that all announcements sent to users by Magic Agent will be delivered through official page announcements, in - app messages, emails, customer service calls, SMS messages, or regular letters. Magic Agent will not be legally responsible for any winning, preferential activities, or information obtained through non - official channels of Magic Agent.
10.6 You understand and agree that during the use of the Magic Agent platform and related services, you may encounter factors such as force majeure (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), network problems, wars, strikes, riots, etc. When a force majeure situation occurs, Magic Agent will try its best to repair it in a timely manner. However, Magic Agent is exempt from liability for any suspension, interruption, termination of services, or any losses caused by force majeure within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.
10.7 Magic Agent obtains the right to handle illegal and违规 content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Magic Agent. Magic Agent cannot guarantee that illegal acts can be discovered in a timely manner or corresponding processing can be carried out.
10.8 You understand and agree that the purpose of this Agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain social ethics and public order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others. Magic Agent will make the best efforts to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but it does not guarantee that Magic Agent’s judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative institutions. You have understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom by yourself.
11.1 Software and Technology Provided by Magic Agent
The software copyright, network and information technology, patents, and other intellectual property rights relied on by Magic Agent when providing the Magic Agent APP and related services all belong to Magic Agent. All the copyrights and all other intellectual property rights of Magic Agent, as well as all the information content related to Magic Agent, including but not limited to: written expressions and their combinations, icons, decorations, icons, color combinations, interface designs, layout frameworks, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents, etc., are protected by relevant Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations.
11.2 Materials Provided by Magic Agent
All the rights of the products and information such as videos, games, and technical software provided by Magic Agent and through the Magic Agent platform belong to Magic Agent, except for those uploaded by users themselves or clearly marked as provided by third - parties.
11.3 Magic Agent Logo
Please do not use the logo of Magic Agent privately under any circumstances, including but not limited to any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other prominent brand features such as “Magic Agent” and “Magic Agent Orientation” (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Logos”). Without the prior written consent of Magic Agent, you shall not display, use, or apply for trademark registration, domain name registration, etc. of the aforementioned Logos in a single or combined manner, nor shall you imply or indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle these Logos. If you violate this Agreement by using the above - mentioned trademarks, Logos, etc. of Magic Agent and cause losses to Magic Agent or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.
11.4 Magic Agent has patents, patent application rights, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in relation to Magic Agent products and related services. Magic Agent does not grant users any intellectual property rights related to Magic Agent because of this Agreement or because of providing Magic Agent and related products and services to users. All rights not explicitly granted to users in this Agreement are reserved by Magic Agent.
Magic Agent can modify and update this Agreement at any time according to its own judgment. All changes to this Agreement shall come into legal effect upon publication and shall apply to all access and use behaviors of this APP after the changes are published. If you continue to use this website after the modified Agreement is published, it means that you accept and agree to these changes. Users should regularly check the updated content of this Agreement to understand any changes to this Agreement that are binding on users.
Magic Agent has the right to modify this Agreement according to changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc., and publish the modified Agreement. Once the above - mentioned content is officially published, Magic Agent will remind you of the updated content in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to pop - ups, emails, in - app messages, website announcements, etc.) so that you can timely understand the latest version of this Agreement. The modified content will become an inseparable part of this Agreement, and you should also abide by it. If you have objections to the modified Agreement, please immediately stop logging in and using Magic Agent and related services. If you log in or continue to use Magic Agent and related services, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated Agreement and are willing to be bound by the updated Agreement.
13.1 For your acts of violating this Agreement or other service terms, you may be subject to measures such as pre - warning, refusal to publish activities, immediate stop of data transmission, restriction of part or all of the account functions until the account is permanently closed. Magic Agent has the right to announce the handling results and has the right to decide whether to resume use according to actual circumstances.
13.2 For your acts suspected of violating laws, regulations, or suspected of illegal and criminal acts, you shall bear all relevant legal responsibilities by yourself. This Agreement is an important legal document between Magic Agent and users who register to become Magic Agent members and use Magic Agent services. If any other written or oral expression of intent by Magic Agent or the user is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
17.1 All disputes, claims or other matters arising from or related to the user's use of the Magic Agent platform services shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
17.2 This Agreement is signed in Jing'an District, Shanghai. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation between this Platform and you. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in the court where this Agreement is signed.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the legal effect of any other provisions.
