E. Scanning QR codes, taking photos, and shooting videos

When you use the functions of scanning QR codes, taking photos, and shooting videos, we will access the relevant permissions of your device’s camera and collect the picture and video information you upload to us after scanning QR codes or taking photos. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of Magic Agent. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. When you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.

F. Location information

You can authorize to turn on the device’s positioning function and use our relevant services based on location. Of course, you can also stop our collection of your geographical location information at any time by turning off the positioning function. You can allow us to access your activity records and read your activity, record step frequency and step count information. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. When you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization. G. Microphone and recording

When you use the functions of recording videos, audios, and voices, we will access the relevant permissions of your device’s microphone and recording, and we need to collect your voice information and voice interaction information. If you refuse to provide this information, it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Magic Agent APP. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. H. Bluetooth

If you want to use the functions related to “Speed Tracking” and need to synchronize the data of the Magic Agent bracelet to the Magic Agent App, you need to turn on the Bluetooth function. During your use of such functions, the Bluetooth service will continue to run even when the app is switched to the background until the function use ends to ensure your user experience. If you do not use the relevant functions, the Bluetooth service will not be turned on. If you refuse to turn it on, it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of Magic Agent. At the same time, you can also cancel this permission at any time through relevant function settings. But when you cancel this authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of information based on your previous authorization.

I. Clipboard

We use the mobile phone clipboard function only to identify specific information related to the Magic Agent App, which is convenient for users to jump to the corresponding activities. We will not associate the collected information with any personal information you submit in the mobile application.

J. Information from third - parties

In some legally permitted situations, we may obtain your personal information from third - parties. For example:

We may also obtain certain information from third - party social network services, such as accounts and nicknames (for example, when you use a social network account to log in to the Magic Agent App service);
